M&S Asphalt Paving LLC operates this website. This page explains what information we collect when you use it, why we collect it, and what happens to it afterward. If anything here is unclear, call (386) 215-7466 and we will explain it in plain terms.

What information do we collect?

Two kinds. The first is what you hand us on purpose. When you send an estimate request, we receive your first and last name, phone number, email address, the address of the property you want work done on, the service and property type you picked, whatever you typed into the project description, and how you heard about us. The shorter forms on the site ask for fewer of those. We only ever get what the form you actually used asked for.

The second kind arrives on its own while you browse. That covers your IP address, browser and device type, which pages you opened, how long you stayed, and the site or search that sent you here. It comes from Google Analytics, and from Google Ads if you clicked one of our ads to get here.

Why do we collect it?

Your contact details exist so we can call you back about the estimate. That is the whole purpose. Juan or Maria reads the request, calls you, and if the job goes ahead the property address tells the crew where to show up. We hold on to past requests because paving customers often call back a season or two later, and it helps to be able to look up what we quoted and what the surface looked like at the time.

The automatic data tells us which pages people actually read, which service pages lead to a request, and whether our advertising is earning back what we spend on it. We look at it in aggregate. We are a paving company, not an advertising company, and we are not building a profile of you.

Who else sees your information?

We do not sell it. We do not rent it, trade it, or pass it to a lead broker. The only outside parties that touch it are the services that keep the site running:

• Google Analytics and Google Ads, for traffic measurement and ad performance.
• Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that a form submission came from a person rather than a bot. Its use is governed by Google's own privacy policy and terms of service.
• Our web host and email provider, which serve the pages and carry form submissions to our inbox.
• REK Marketing & Design, which builds and maintains this website for us.

We will also hand over information if the law requires it, or if we need it to protect our rights, our crew, or someone's safety.

What about cookies?

This site uses cookies and similar browser storage set by Google Analytics, Google Ads, and reCAPTCHA. They remember whether you have been here before, which pages you looked at, and whether an ad brought you. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site still works if you do. We simply lose the ability to tell that an ad sent you.

How long do we keep it?

Estimate requests stay in our email and our records as long as we reasonably need them for the job and for the follow-up work that tends to come with it, sealcoating and repairs in particular. Analytics data follows Google's own retention settings. If you want your details out of our records, call and ask. We will do it.

What choices do you have?

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site at once with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and you can change what Google uses for ad personalization inside your own Google account settings. Depending on where you live, state law may give you further rights. Call us with a valid request and we will honor it.

Children

This site is built for property owners and businesses hiring a paving contractor. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child sent us something through the form, call and we will delete it.

Is your information secure?

The site is served over HTTPS, form submissions are screened by reCAPTCHA before they reach us, and access to the inbox that receives them is limited to the owners. No system on the internet is perfectly secure, so we will not promise perfection. What we will promise is that nobody here is doing anything careless with your phone number.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this site handles information, we update this page and change the date at the top. Anything material gets described here rather than slipped in quietly.
